The Residence

Originally the home of a small fisherman cottage built 200 years ago, and later the site of the old lifeboat house which served in the early 1900s, the house and extensive grounds are rich in original features and an unrivalled setting on it's own peninsula.  The grounds are flanked by two clean beaches either side and the sea envelopes the entire property.

Today the Villa offers sumptuously appointed accommodation for upto 10 guests, with a large fully equipped kitchen, a stunning open-plan dining room, large lounge, office and 5 bedrooms of which 3 are en-suite.

Living Areas

The house has a fully equipped kitchen that adjoins an open plan dining area nestled into a large West-facing bay window area overlooking the  charming Huey's bay.  There is a larder with extensive refrigerator facilities and wine cooler.  In the centre of the home is a cosy double-lounge providing adequate  relaxation space for all guests to convene and a dedicated office space with guest computer provides convenience for those that need to keep in touch with business life.  The log burner and open fire are ideal for cosy nights in.

The Grounds

The garden extends across two main lawns and a sheltered flag deck area.  There are three patios with dining tables so that the sun can be chased and the wind can be avoided, according to the weather on the day.  The historic life boat house and launch pier are a lovely place to enjoy the morning sun overlooking the main bay and with views over to Snowdonia. From here the brave can take a dip or launch a choice floating vessel.  The wild headland with bench seating under the historic lookout  is fantastic spot for a picnic or to take in the views of the open sea at sunset.
